effective?
A: Yes. Both Red-Light Safety Cameras and
School Zone Speed Cameras have been proven to be effective
in reducing collisions. Cities using
these systems consistently report safer roads with fewer collisions.
Q: Who receives the ticket?
A:
Citations are mailed to the registered owner of
the vehicle.
Q: Will “points” be assessed to my driving record?
A: This
violation is considered a non-moving infraction and no
points will be assessed.
Q. How
can I dispute this citation?
A: If you
wish to dispute this Notice of Infraction, fill out the Hearing Request coupon
and mail it in to the address provided. You will receive your Hearing
Notification in the mail that will include your hearing date and time.
Q. How
do I pay my fine?
A. There
are three ways to pay your fine:
Notice: You may be able to enter into a payment plan with the court
under RCW 46.63.110.
Your payment must be received on or before the
due date shown on the front of your Notice of Infraction. If you have any questions regarding payments,
